Appointment Confirmations:
Our computer system allows us to confirm your next appointment via text message. This is an automated service, so any message you text back other than y (yes) or n (no) will not be received. If you do not wish us to use this service, or you would prefer a phone call please advise us at the time of booking.

Your booking is important to us; therefore, we require a deposit of 50% for all packages and group bookings. This deposit is refundable, minus a $50 administration fee up until 14 days prior to your booking. After this time, your deposit is non refundable. This is due to the busy nature beauty industry, being that once your booking has been made, we then have to turn away other valued clients.

A full range of pampering packages are available for your up coming event, or special occasion and can be tailor made to suit your needs (prices upon application).
A 50% deposit is required for packages and group bookings.
We offer customised Gift Vouchers for all treatments and packages.

To thank and reward our customers for their continued support, our diamond loyalty program will be available (through our Loyalty Card System, over a 6 month period) to you after 6 treatment visits of $47 or more. You will be entitled to a complimentary treatment from the selection below; at any time with the exception of the Christmas and New Year period.
